About Our Entertainers

The Dreamboats

With a sound that is equal parts Chuck Berry & The Wonders, this quartet of Canadian boys delivers a high energy show that has audiences dancing the night away. After international tours in both Europe and North American, the young and energetic Dreamboats are ready to tear up the Community Living Mississauga Tribute Dinner stage with their award-winning music inspired by the 50s & 60s.

Their on-stage antics are complemented by tales from their adventures on the road: from performing at the legendary Cavern Club in Liverpool, England (where the Beatles cut their teeth), to hearing how Rock n’ Roll came to Canada, first-hand, from the legendary Ronnie Hawkins, to swimming in Elvis Presley’s pool! The Dreamboats are bringing the sound from this timeless era forward for a new generation to discover.

Grenville Pinto

Born in Hamilton, Grenville Pinto (a.k.a. ‘G’) has been playing the violin since the age of seven. His musical abilities have been nurtured from a young age with continuous recitals and performances that have resulted in his love for the stage and entertaining others.

He comes from a musical family, with his mother playing and teaching piano, his father who sings, and two sisters who are professional pianists and accompany Grenville regularly. He’s so much more. A complete musician. A showman. An entertainer. An artist. Whatever the genre, no matter the style (from classical to hard rock, Bollywood to pop), G’s singular talents bring favorite songs to life in vibrant, unexpected, brand new ways.
